沧海桑田Seas change into mulberry fields and mulberry fields into seas  In ancient time, there lived two fairies a male and a female. One day they met in a friend’s house. They greeted each other, the male one said, “Ah long time no see.”  The female one said, “Yes, since last time we met, 500 years has past. Seas change into mulberry fields and mulberry fields into seas three times already. ”

Later this term means -- time brings great changes to the world.

Note: The leaves of mulberry is the food of silk worm.
