At that day, thousands Magpies would pave a road between them. Cowboy is Altair, his wife is Vega, and they stay each side of the Milk Way.

So the Chinese valentine is 7 July (lunar calendar). Recently the Taiwanese call the pimp as cowboy 牛郎.

红娘 red girl, there is a story telling that a student fell in love with the daughter of a powerful family. In ancient China, they were not allow to meet each other. Only the daughter’s maidservant called red girl can transport message between them. The maidservant always wore a red cloth, later people call the matchmaker as red girl 红娘.
