The Reform of Characters (1)

In the characters:

壬、井、对、寺etc. are phonetics. And亻、讠、木、牜etc. are radicals. There are around 100 radicals in simplified Chinese. Now we are going to reform the phonetic part of the character. We may shift the phonetic as tone+consonant+vowel. It may allow any one learn few dozen letters, then know the pronunciation of the character, clearly.

My plan is first to find 35 different writing symbols for the 35 Chinese vowels. The condition is the simplest symbol in the world. Yet, we can distinguish each of them by the naked eye. From geometry, we know a section of line can form 4 symbols by turn 45^o every time:
